Mein Zimmer bietet mit 15,83 m² eine angenehme Größe und ein gutes Raumgefühl. Je nach Tageszeit und Bedarf kann es entweder sehr hell oder angenehm dunkel sein. Es ist voll möbliert und verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Der geräumige Kleiderschrank bietet sowohl eine Abteilung zum Aufhängen von Kleidung als auch Fächer zum Verstauen. Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, abseits von Straßenlärm, sodass man von der Umgebung kaum etwas hört
My room offers a comfortable size of 15.83 m² with a good sense of space. Depending on the time of day and preference, it can be either very bright or pleasantly dark. It is fully furnished and includes a large double bed, a desk with a chair, and a pen. The spacious wardrobe has a section for hanging clothes as well as shelves for storage. The room is in a quiet location, away from street noise, so you barely hear anything from the surroundings.
The room is in a very central location, with convenient access to key places in Deggendorf. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Aldi) and the city center, while the university is reachable within 10 to 20 minutes on foot. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop located right in front of the house. The area offers a great balance of quietness and liveliness, making it a comfortable and well-connected place to live.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage mit guter Anbindung an wichtige Orte in Deggendorf. Der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi) und das Stadtzentrum sind in nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, während die Universität in 10 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist gut angebunden, mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gegend bietet eine gute Mischung aus Ruhe und Lebendigkeit und ist somit ein angenehmer und gut vernetzter Wohnort.
The flatshare consists of three people in total, including two other roommates. It has a mixed and friendly atmosphere, where everyone is open to doing things together or suggesting activities. One of the roommates is a big football fan and often watches games with friends, always happy to have others join in. The other roommate is also very sociable and fun to be around. Both enjoy playing video games and are easygoing, making it a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
For cleaning, we have a schedule, but sometimes we simply decide to clean the apartment together every month or every two months, which works well for everyone. Overall, I found the flatshare to be very warm, social, and a great place to live with these two roommates.”
Die WG besteht insgesamt aus drei Personen, also zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich – jeder ist offen dafür, etwas zusammen zu unternehmen oder Aktivitäten vorzuschlagen. Einer der Mitbewohner ist ein großer Fußballfan und schaut oft Spiele mit seinen Freunden, wobei er sich immer freut, wenn jemand mitmacht. Der andere Mitbewohner ist ebenfalls sehr gesellig und macht viel Spaß. Beide spielen gerne Videospiele und sind sehr entspannt, was das Zusammenleben angenehm und unkompliziert macht.
Für die Reinigung haben wir einen Plan, aber manchmal entscheiden wir auch spontan, einmal im Monat oder alle zwei Monate gemeinsam die Wohnung zu putzen – das funktioniert sehr gut. Insgesamt habe ich die WG als warm, sozial und als einen tollen Ort empfunden, um mit diesen beiden Mitbewohnern zu leben.
