Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, WC mit Dusche, einen großen Flur und weitere Räume. Geheizt wird die Zentralheizung mit Gas, das Wasser wird über einen Boiler aufgewärmt und der Strom und Internet sind ebenfalls in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

Your room would be approx. 10 square meters with the intermediate floor, for the basic rent only 6 square meters plus shared areas are charged. In the room there is a mattress, desk, wardrobe and chair.
The apartment has a kitchen, WC with shower, a large hallway and other rooms. The central heating is gas, the water is heated by a boiler and the electricity and internet are also included in the service charges.
Die Wohnung befindet sich beim Stadtpark, in einem Altbau im ersten Stock des Gebäudes. In der Nähe gibt es einen Lidl, Edeka und einen Rewe. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur THD dauert es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten. Im Park befindet sich auch ein Bach, Minigolfanlage, Spielplätze uvm und lädt generell zum spazieren und verweilen ein.

The apartment is located near the city park, in an old building on the first floor of the building. There is a Lidl, Edeka and a Rewe nearby. A bus stop is also within easy walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the THD. In the park there is also a stream, mini golf course, playgrounds and much more and generally invites you to take a walk and linger.
Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein, ich habe schon in den verschiedensten WG-Konstellationen gelebt und komme meistens mit Mitbewohner*innen zurecht die auf Sauberkeit achten. Ich bin selbst berufstätig und bin dann meistens nur ab nachmittags oder am Wochenende verfügbar. Ich spiele gerne Gesellschaftspiele, mag gute Serien und Filme, treibe etwas Sport und backe gern. Ansonsten probiere ich auch mal neue Dinge aus. Daher wäre es schön wenn wir auch einige gemeinsame Aktivitäten hätten.

It should not be a functional flat share, I have already lived in various flat share constellations and usually get along with roommates who pay attention to cleanliness. I work myself and am usually only available in the afternoons or at weekends. I like playing board games, watching good series and movies, doing some sports and baking. I also like to try out new things. So it would be nice if we could have some activities together.
Du wirst die Wohnung auch mit einigen Katzen teilen, die ziemlich neugierig, verschmust und etwas verfressen sind.
Durch meine Hausratversicherung sind auch all deine Sachen in der Wohnung versichert, inklusive Fahrräder.
Ich habe einen Laufband, E-Piano und Boxsack, welche gerne mitbenutzt werden können.
Bitte erzähl mir etwas kurz über dich und wie du dir dein WG-Leben vorstellst und teile mir auch mit wie du das Ganze finanzieren kannst.
