We are looking for people to share an apartment where 2 rooms are available - a 20 sqm and a 10 sqm room. Both are fully furnished with a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a table and a sofa.
We have 2 bus lines 100 m away and have buses every 15 min. The Hauptbanhof is 1.5 km away with trains to Oldenburg and Bremen every half an hour. We also have a Kaufland within 5 min of our place and a Hausartzt in 10 min.
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 others,
Rocha (m, 25) - A friendly person who works in Bremen. He tends to be quite during the weekdays and socialize during the weekends.
Ajay (m, 26) - A easy going and friendly person who is easy to connect with. Has bundles of knowledge and even more connections from his years of living in and around Oldenburg. By the way he is a great cook.
You will get to meet a lot of people if you decide to stay here as we have lots of friends who come and go on the weekends maybe once a month.
For a person - The rent is 275€/month, with Electricity costing 25€/month and WiFi costing 10 €. Totaling 310€/month.
Additional, a deposit of 550€ is also required by the landlord.
