There is one room availiable in the flat! Availiable from 17/7-12/8 (300eu). The room is bright and quiet looking to the back garden. One room has a balcony but the balcony is used by everyone. The house has all equipments except dishwasher.
In the room has all the basic furniture. There is a double bed, a desk, closet, mirror and two commode.
We are in the best location :) The house is in between Mehrindgamm and Mockenbrucke (U1,U3,U6,U7), 10 minute walk from Gleisdreieck (U2) and 10 minute walk to Yorckstrasse S-Bahn. Everything you need like supermarket(REWE, NP, BIOLAND), spati etc is in walking distance. The flat is between Gleisdreieck park and Victoria park. Bergmannstrasse where you can find DM, Rossman etc. is also 10 mins away on foot.
The apartment is recently renovated in a very good condition. There is a kitchen with a beautiful view in the street.
I will be on vacation so you will be the one you are gonna be sharing the apartment with my roomate. She is studying Art Direction and spend a lot of time at school and also works a lot at home. Friends are always welcome, theres also a back garden we like to chill at.
