It is an old apartment in a good condition with 3 large rooms and common areas. There is shared kitchen, bathroom and a toilet with necessary things like an washing maschine, oven, microwave, airfryer, toaster etc. except a common fridge. All three rooms have their own separate fridge. The room is furnished with queen size bed with storage, large study tables, lamps, chairs, shelves, couch, fridge and wardrobe. The furniture cost is 350-400 euros.
The apartment location is in innenstadt. 2 minutes walk from Albrechtplatz bus stop, 7 minutes from kaufland and 10 minutes from hauptbahnhof. The other 2-4 minutes facilities are kiez pub, meiling Cafe, clever fit gym, edeka and roma Cafe (opens till 1 at night)
You will be sharing with 2 other male students who are peaceful and nice and sometimes work parttime. The wifi cost is around 30-45 euros and is shared between flatmates.
