Wir suchen ab 1. Maerz 2025 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere gemütliche 3er-WG.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal in der Detmolder Innenstadt, zwischen Paraplü und Verve. Zur Musikhochschule sind es nur 5 Minuten und zum Bahnhof sind es nur 15 Minuten.
In der WG wohnen Mona und Ronja. Mona hat dort gerade ihren Master in Applied Entrepreneurship abgeschlossen und arbeitet an der Uni und Ronja arbeitet als Architektin in Detmold.
Das Zimmer ist wunderbar hell und schön groß. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, ein Sofa mit Beistelltisch und einen Spiegel.
Zur WG gehört eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit allem was man braucht, Backofen und Spülmaschine sind gerade neu gekauft. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine für unsere WG und einen Kellerraum. Zur WG gehört außerdem noch ein kleiner vierter Raum im Obergeschoss, der von allen genutzt werden kann (z.B. für Koffer oder Wäsche trocknen).
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Maerz verfügbar.
Die Stromkosten sind bereits in der Gesamtmiete enthalten.

Hello everyone!
We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment from March 1st, 2025.
The apartment is ideally located in downtown Detmold, between Paraplü and Verve. It is only 5 minutes to the music college and only 15 minutes to the train station.
Mona and Ronja live in the shared apartment. Mona has just completed her master's degree in applied entrepreneurship there and is working at the university, and Ronja works as an architect in Detmold.
The room is wonderfully bright and nice and big. The room has a bed with a mattress, a wardrobe, a shelf, a sofa with a side table and a mirror.
The shared apartment has a shared kitchen with everything you need, and the oven and dishwasher have just been bought. In the basement there is a washing machine for our shared apartment and a basement room. The shared apartment also has a small fourth room on the upper floor that can be used by everyone (e.g. for suitcases or drying laundry).
The room is available from March 1st.
The electricity costs are already included in the total rent.
