Das Zimmer ist ruhig, mit Fenstern, die auf eine Grünfläche blicken, was eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre schafft. Da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt, sind Aktivitäten wie Musizieren zwischen 9:00 und 22:00 Uhr problemlos möglich. Natürlich ist es auch kein Problem, wenn du kein Musiker bist – das Zimmer eignet sich für alle.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet, es gibt ausreichend gemeinschaftliches Geschirr, aber es wird ein Regal-Schrank für deinen privaten Stauraum bereitgestellt, und es gibt auch genug Platz im Kühlschrank!

The room is being rented unfurnished, but the existing wardrobe can be taken over. It is no longer transportable but fully functional and provides ample storage space.
The room is quiet, with windows overlooking a green area, creating a pleasant living atmosphere. Since there are no direct neighbors, activities such as playing music are easily possible between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Of course, it’s also fine if you’re not a musician – the room is suitable for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with enough shared utensils, but there will be a shelving cupboard for your private items, and there is also plenty of space in the fridge!

Die Musikhochschule ist nur 4 Minuten und TH OWL 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Die WG befindet sich in einem großen, mehrstöckigen Haus mit viel Platz. Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gemeinsame Küche und drei WC-/Badezimmer, sodass es selten zu Wartezeiten bei den sanitären Anlagen kommt.
In der WG wohnen Studenten, die gerne zusammen kochen oder im Wohnzimmer ein Bier trinken. Wenn du einziehst, erwartet dich hier garantiert eine gute Atmosphäre!
