Wir suchen zum 01.02. jemanden, der Xenias altes Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung übernimmt. Das Zimmer hat 18m2 und Zugang zu einem eigenen Wintergarten ✨ In unseren Gemeinschaftsräumen findest du die Küche und das Bad. Wir haben auch einen Keller zum Fahrrad abstellen und einen charmanten kleinen Garten, den alle im Haus nutzen können. Gerne würde Xenia auch ein paar Möbel gegen geringen Abschlag dalassen.
We're on the lookout for someone to fill Xenias room of 18m2 with a wintergarden attached ✨ In our shared spaces, you'll find the kitchen and bathroom. We also have a cellar for bike storage and a charming little garden that we all enjoy as part of the building. Xenia would also like to sell some furniture that‘s in the room.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum und ist damit super gelegen:
15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder eine kurze 5-minütige Busfahrt) zum Bahnhof.
Nur 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß) zur TH-OWL.
Rewe ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und der Wochenmarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Min entfernt.

15 minutes on foot (or a quick 5-minute bus ride) to the train station. A stone's throw away from the nearest bus stop and Rewe.
A brief 7-minute bike ride (or 20-minute walk) to TH-OWL.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit Mo (27) und Olivia (19) teilen. Mo arbeitet momentan an der TH OWL und spricht fließend Englisch. Er kocht gerne mit Freunden, taucht in Videospiele ein und hat eine Leidenschaft für das Sammeln seltener Schallplatten – oft bezieht er seine Mitbewohner in diese Aktivitäten mit ein und ist immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben. Olivia studiert Instrumentalpädagogik an der Musikhochschule und ist kontaktfreudig, offen und hat als neustes Mitglied einen tollen vibe in die WG gebracht. In ihrer Freizeit unternimmt viel mit Freunden, liest und kocht gerne.
Die WG ist mehr als nur ein gemeinsamer Wohnraum – es ist ein Zuhause, in dem wir uns alle wohl fühlen sollen. Unsere Küche ist das Herz unseres Zuhauses, wo wir uns zu allem von kurzen Gesprächen bis zu tiefgründigen Unterhaltungen treffen, je nach Stimmung.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Mo (27) and Olivia (19). Mo is working at the TH OWL (University) and is fluent in English. He's a fan of cooking with friends, diving into video games, and has a passion for collecting rare vinyls – he often includes flatmates in these pursuits and is always up for a good chat vibes to the space.
Olivia is our newest flat mate and a very open bubbly person that brought a great vibe to the flat. She studies at the music university and plays piano. She enjoys cooking, reading and meeting her friends.
Our flat is more than just a shared living space – it's a home where we all feel comfortable and connected. Our kitchen is the heart of our home, where we gather for everything from casual chats to deep conversations, depending on the day's mood.
Unsere Wohnung ist für drei Leute groß genug und hat insgesamt 90m2 inklusive einer großen Küche und einem Badezimmer. Wir haben außerdem das Glück, dass wir in der Küche eine Waschmaschine und auf der Zwischenetage ein Abstellraum haben. Zudem steht uns ein zusätzlicher Kellerraum zur Verfügung sowie der Garten und natürlich der Wintergarten an deinem zukünftigen Zimmer.

Our apartment is spacious enough for three people, with a total size of 90 m2 that includes a large kitchen and a cozy bathroom. We also have a washing machine in the kitchen and a storage room on the mezzanine floor. Additionally, we have access to an extra cellar space for storage. You can also use the garden and of course your future wintergarden is the biggest bonus.
