Es gibt zwei Toiletten, in einer davon befindet sich auch eine Dusche.
Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es eine Waschküche.

The shared apartment also has a large, well-equipped kitchen. It is equipped with an electric stove with an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a table, and four chairs.
There are two toilets, one of which also has a shower.
There is a laundry room in the basement of the dormitory.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus Dieburg der Hochschule Darmstadt (5 Minuten zu Fuß), sodass es eine ideale Option für Studierende ist.
Der Netto-Supermarkt ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle Hochschule Süd ist nur 1 Gehminute vom Wohnheim entfernt. Man kann ohne Umsteigen mit dem Bus 671 schnell nach Darmstadt gelangen.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, sodass Straßenlärm überhaupt nicht stört.

Das Wohnheim ist nur für Studierende!
Für den Einzug ins Wohnheim ist eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung der Hochschule Darmstadt oder der TU Darmstadt erforderlich, die bei Vonovia vorgelegt werden muss.
Der Vertrag wird für ein halbes Jahr abgeschlossen und kann anschließend verlängert werden.
Rauchen in der WG ist strengstens verboten.
In den Mietpreis sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten.
