Bright, open flat for rent in a new, secure residence in Dijon (5 minutes walk from the BSB business school, close to shops, tram stops and the town centre). Newly refurbished flat, fully furnished and equipped, with a large living room with table and chairs, lounge area with 2 sofas, coffee tables, TV + a balcony.

The apartment has one bathroom and a separate toilet, 2 lockable bedrooms separated from each other (the smaller bed room is 10m^2), ideal for flat-sharing, furnished with full bed and bed linen, storage space, mirror, desk, chair, desk lamp.
