Hallo!
In der wunderschönen, denkmalgeschützten Jugendstil-Wohnung wird eine neue 5er WG gegründet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, welches das Herz der WG werden soll. Der Raum ist sehr groß und wird neu eingerichtet (Ideen und Wünsche sollen gemeinsam umgesetzt werden). Im 1. OG befinden sich die beiden freien Zimmer. Eins mit 16 m² und ein kleines, welches möbliert vermietet werden kann (Hier muss ich aber noch die Möbel organisieren). Im 2. OG befindet sich das Arbeitszimmer mit mehreren Schreibtischen und ein weiteres WG-Zimmer. Da ich die Bib-Atmosphäre aus der Unizeit vermisse, würde ich mich über produktives zusammensitzen freuen. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und 2 WC´s, die sich in den Zwischenetagen befinden.
Zum Schluss das wichtigste: Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Konzertsaal des Musiktheaters "Piano", in dem Rockkonzerte gespielt werden. Unter der Woche kann es also bis ca. 23 Uhr und am Wochenende bis 1 Uhr laut werden.

A new flat share for 5 people is being formed in the beautiful, apartment, which is under monumental protection. On the first floor is the kitchen and the living room, which will be the heart of the flat share. The room is very large and will be newly furnished (ideas and wishes are to be implemented together). There are two free rooms on the 1st floor. One is 16 m² big. The other samll one will be furnished soon. On the 2nd floor is the studyroom with several desks and another shared room. As I miss the library atmosphere from my time at university, I would be happy to sit together productively. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on the floors in between the rooms.
Attention: The apartment is next to the concert room of the music theater "Piano", which is playing rock music. It will be loud on weekends till 1 am and in the week till around 11 pm. ~

S-Bahn: 7 Minuten
Supermarkt: 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 3 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Ziel ist eine kommunikative WG, bei der man nicht aneinander vorbeilebt. Gemeinsames Kochen, Feierabend Bier/Weinchen erwünscht! Pluspunkte gibt es für Veganer*innen, dann könnten wir uns vielleicht beim kochen abwechseln.
Natürlich hat jeder in seinem Zimmer seinen persönlichen Rückzugsort. Es soll eine gute Balance zwischen Geselligkeit und Ruhe gefunden werden.
