Hello everyone,
Since I am now moving out of Germany my room will be free. The room is about 10sqm in size, but offers enough space for everything you need due to the elongated cut. The large window makes the room very bright during the day, due to the orientation to the north it fortunately remains relatively cool in summer.
The kitchen is not very big, but offers pretty much everything you need. For this, the apartment has a living room with enough space to eat together or for evenings together. There is also a small balcony, which is used a lot in the summer. For everything that should not be accommodated in the room we have a cellar compartment with enough space. The washing machine is also in the basement.
Anmeldung (city registration) is also possible.
All utilities - including WiFi - are included in the rent.
The apartment is centrally located in a side street to the city center and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Reinoldikirche stop. From there you have good connections to all Dortmund districts. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away and the university takes about 20 minutes by subway or S-Bahn. The location is optimal for all shopping or to go out on weekends in the evening.
Mona is 26 and studying Business Management and Sruthi is 30 and recently gratuated in Data Science ans currently working from home. Both are very pleasant and open-minded roommates with whom you like to sit together or do something together. Since Sruthi speaks little German, we usually talk in English. Depending on the desire and time (eclausury phase etc.) we spend more or less time together.
It is important for us are that you are a clean and tidy person as we make sure to keep the apartment clean and usually divide the cleaning every week via a cleaning plan.
Additionally, it is important to know that I will leave my furniture etc. everything inside (bed and additional double-bed mattress, bed-side table and lamp, desk & desk chair, wardrobe and a shelf). So your advance payment includes everything, the furniture in the apartment/deposit (350€) and the forniture in my room 600€ for a total of 950€.
The move-in date is possible from October 1, 2024.
