The apartment is located on Saarlandstraße, with all major supermarkets like ALDI, REWE, and EDEKA just a short walk away. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes by public transport to the city center, or 15 minutes on foot or by bike. The nearest underground station (Dortmund Stadthaus) is right in front of the building, only 50 meters away, and the bus stop is directly across the street. You can also enjoy the beautiful park behind the house, perfect for jogging or relaxing in the summer. All underground trains (U41, U45, U47, U49) run every 2-3 minutes.
Hi, I’m Prashant, and I recently finished my master's in Data Science from TU Dortmund. You’ll be sharing the apartment with Pulack (23), Sai (23), Saurab (30), Orkhan (30), and Yang (21). Sai and Saurab are working on their master’s theses in Robotics and Information Systems, while Orkhan has completed his master’s and works full-time for a company in Essen. Pulack is doing his bachelors in business administration and Yang is here for language courses.
We’re all friendly and keep the apartment clean and tidy, following a weekly cleaning schedule, which we kindly ask you to join. Our landlord is super helpful and always makes sure things are fixed around the apartment quickly. We occasionally cook, celebrate, and play games together, especially on Fridays and weekends when everyone is free.
If you're looking for a chill and tidy place with great roommates, this might be the right fit for you!
The room comes with necessary furniture, including a bed, desk, chairs, mattress, closet, and a small fridge (as shown in the pictures). In addition to the rent, you'll pay around 9-10 € per month for internet and the radio license fee, which is included in the other costs listed in this ad.
