Es sind 2 miteinander verbundene, durch eine Tür getrennte, Zimmer, zusammen ca. 30qm. Ich würde meine Möbel - Bett, Schrank, Kleiderstange, Sofa, Regal - da lassen. Die Zimmer sind hell und mit Parkettboden ausgestattet und sind jeweils zur Straße und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet.
There are two interconnected rooms separated by a door, with a total area of approximately 30 square meters. I would leave my furniture there—bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, sofa, and shelf. The rooms are bright, feature parquet flooring, and face both the street and the courtyard.
Das Haus befindet sich in Dossenheim, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man an der Tram Haltestelle und ist zB in 15 min im Neuenheimer Feld oder etwas mehr am Bismarckplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man gut übers Feld fahren und braucht ungefähr genauso lange. Parken in der Straße und den Nebenstraßen ist umsonst.
The house is located in Dossenheim, less than a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. For example, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Neuenheimer Feld or slightly longer to get to Bismarckplatz. You can also cycle across the fields, which takes about the same amount of time. Parking on the street and in the neighboring streets is free of charge.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit 3 Stockwerken, wovon jedes seine eigene Küche und eigenes Bad hat. Zur Zeit ist das andere Zimmer auf dem Stockwerk noch unbesetzt, es könnte evtl bis Februar oder in der Zeit der Zwischenmiete jemand einziehen, wo du dann aber auch Mitspracherecht hättest.
The room is located in a single-family house with three floors, each of which has its own kitchen and bathroom. Currently, the other room on the same floor is unoccupied, but someone might move in by February or during the sublease period. You would, however, have a say in that decision.
Da ich für ein paar Monate reisen gehe und noch nicht genau weiß, wann ich zurückkomme, wäre das Zimmer evtl. auch nach Mai verfügbar. Ich würde das spätestens 1 Monat vor Vertragsende oder nach Absprache mitteilen.
Since I’ll be traveling for a few months and am not yet sure when I’ll return, the room might also be available beyond May. I would inform you at least one month before the contract ends or as agreed.
