Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigeren Teil der Neustadt, dennoch zentral. Du kannst die wichtigen Teile der Neustadt fußläufig problemlos in wenigen Minuten erreichen. ÖPNVs (inkl. S-Bahn) sowie eine Teilauto und Nextbike-Station sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch diverse Supermärkte, Späties, Bäcker, Restaurants, Imbisse etc. gibt's direkt ums Eck. Es lebt sich hier super auch komplett ohne Auto :)

In Summe findest du hier eine super Kombination aus einem ruhigen und komfortablen Schlafplatz und der Freiheit, jederzeit das Neustadt-Leben genießen zu können.

The apartment is located in the quieter part of the Neustadt, yet still central. You can easily reach the main areas of Neustadt on foot in just a few minutes. Public transport (including the S-Bahn), as well as a car-sharing station and Nextbike station, are nearby. There are also various supermarkets, late-night shops, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars, etc. just around the corner. Living here is great even without a car :)

Overall, you'll find an excellent combination of a quiet and comfortable place to sleep and the freedom to enjoy Neustadt life at any time.

Willkommen in unserer 4er-WG in der Dresdner Neustadt! Zwei unserer Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen mit ihren Partnern zusammen, und wir, Johannes und Jannis, suchen also zwei neue*n Mitbewohner*innen, die unser entspanntes und freundliches WG-Leben bereichern.

Jannis ist 26 Jahre alt, studiert im Master und ist Sozialarbeiter. In seiner Freizeit fotografiert er gern, kocht leidenschaftlich und beschäftigt sich mit politischen Themen. Er genießt es, Zeit in der WG zu verbringen und freut sich über gemeinsame Abende und vielleicht ja auch gemeinsames musizieren.

Johannes ist 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Grundschullehrer. Er ist ein freundlicher Mensch, der gerne technische Spielereien in der Wohnung umsetzt und sich für Kaffee begeistert – und zwar wirklich! :-D Außerdem liebt er es, stundenlang mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs zu sein.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir nicht nur zusammen wohnen, sondern auch einen Teil des Alltags miteinander teilen. Gemeinsame Abende mit Kochen, Spielen oder einfach Quatschen gehören für uns dazu. Gleichzeitig hat haben alle ihren Freiraum. Wir wünschen uns eine entspannte, offene Person, die unser WG-Leben bereichert und mit der man gut und solidarisch zusammenleben kann. Du solltest schon einigermaßen "im Leben angekommen sein" (wer ist das schon wirklich :D) und Sauberkeit sollte kein Fremdwort für dich sein, ansonsten freuen wir uns auf die unterschiedlichsten Menschen. Mit unseren lieben Mitbewohnerinnen zieht auch ein wenig Individualität in der Raumgestaltung aus, falls du dich hier mit uns austoben möchtest, bieten sich hier viele Chancen Wohnraum zu gestalten. Ah ja, No-Gos sind: Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus, Homophobie, Transphobie, Xenophobie, usw.!

Welcome to our 4-person shared apartment (WG) in Dresden Neustadt! Two of our roommates are moving out, and we, Johannes and Jannis, are looking for two new roommates to join our relaxed and friendly WG life.

Jannis is 26 years old, studying for his master’s degree, and works as a social worker. In his free time, he enjoys photography, passionate cooking, and engaging with political topics. He loves spending time in the apartment and is always up for shared evenings – maybe even some music-making together.

Johannes is 31 years old and works as a primary school teacher. He’s a friendly person who loves experimenting with tech gadgets around the house and has a real passion for coffee – seriously! :-D He also enjoys long bike rides that can last for hours.

It’s important to us that we not only live together but also share parts of our everyday lives. We enjoy evenings cooking, playing games, or just chatting together. At the same time, everyone has their personal space. We’re looking for easy-going, open people who will enrich our WG life and with whom we can live well and in solidarity. Ideally, you should have some footing in life already (but let’s be honest, who really does? :D), and cleanliness shouldn’t be a foreign concept to you. Beyond that, we’re open to all kinds of people. However, no-gos include racism, antisemitism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, etc.!

There is a sufficiently powerful router/access point for a stable LAN/Wi-Fi connection (even for home office use).
The room will be handed over unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is mostly equipped.
The move-in date is fairly flexible.
