Dir gehören werden 2 gemütliche Zimmer. Eins zeigt nach süden raus zur Straße, schön hell 7m2. Das andere in den Innenhof, im Sommer angenehm kühl 8m2. An Möbeln da lassen werde ich eine Matratze und ein Sofa (siehe Foto)
You will have 2 cozy rooms. One faces south out to the street, nice and bright 7m2. The other faces the inner courtyard, pleasantly cool in summer 8m2. I will leave a mattress and a sofa as furniture (see photo)
Die Sebnitzer Straße ist schön ruhig. Trotzden hast du alles in der Nähe. Den Apark und die Heide erreichst du in 2 bzw 5 Minuten. Alle Bars und Imbisse der Neustadt direkt um die Ecke, ein Netto in 2 Minuten Fußweg. Die Straßenbahn 13 ist auch super nah und zum Bischofsweg zu 7 und 8 hast du es auch nicht weit.
Sebnitzer Straße is nice and quiet. Nevertheless, you have everything nearby. You can reach the Apark and the Heide in 2 and 5 minutes respectively. All the bars and snack bars in Neustadt are just around the corner, and Netto is a 2-minute walk away. Streetcar 13 is also very close and you're not far from Bischofsweg to 7 and 8.
Andor wird dein Mitbewohner sein. Er ist super nett (siehe Bild). Studiert Physik in seiner Freizeit ließt er gerne, geht Bouldern. Am besten lernst du ihn einfach mal kennen bei nem Kaffee in der wg :)
Andor will be your roommate. He is super nice (see picture). He studies physics in his free time and likes to read and go bouldering. The best thing to do is to get to know him over a coffee in the flat :)
