The room is on the lower one of our two floors and has a nice view towards Elbhänge. On the same floor there is a bathroom and the kitchen (common room and another bathroom are upstairs).
Bus stops of number 62 and 64 are reachable within 4 minutes (we also got Mobibikes standing around). Within 6-7 minutes you can reach Netto or diska. A little further (11-15 min) there are Aldi, Konsum, REWE and Rossmann. We got a few restaurants in our street and on the main street as well, the fast food ones are even open until 10 pm or 12:30 am.
Elbe is reachable within a few minutes and Neustadt is reachable via Fähre or with a bus or nextbike over the bridge.
We got insane views, since we are on the 4th floor. Elbhänge to one side, beautiful sunsets over the rooftops on the other.
We founded our flat 2 years ago as friends, wanting something a little more comfortable than student dorms 😅 Some of us are studying, some of us are working/doing Ph.D. Outside of that we like to hang out in the common room, play games there or invite friends over. Or we go outside to Elbe to run, play table tenis or just walk or chill there. Every now and then there might even be a party happening here or some spontaneous beer pong action. Everyone is always free to join whatever activity whenever they want to. We don't all share the same hobbies (lol autocorrect made it Hobbits) but some shared by a few of us besides the ones mentioned are karaoke, anime, gaming and different sports.
