I'm leaving from Dresden as i've finished my master and i've to say bye to my nice Wg. It's completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair. everything is new and modern, just one year) and we can even negociate some household linen (duvet, pillow) before I leave.
The kitchen is completely furnished (dishwasher, oven...) and opens to a nice balcony where i use to take my breakfast with the nice view of garden and trees.
The bathroom is modern with bathtub and a modern washingmachine.
The flat is in the second floor and we have 2 basements (one in the same floor and one underground); which is very useful to storage what you don't need.
You can park your bike in the garden.
It's 2 min from Alaunpark and 10 min from the big forest Heide (amazing walks). The tram 13 is 2 min also. You have facilities around: Netto (2min), groceries shop and all the amazing small shops of Neustadt around you.
