hallo wohnungssuchende,
ich ziehe im Oktober für ein Semester (Praktikum) um und suche einen lieben Nach- / Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in der Neustadt.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und freundlich.
Die Möbel würde ich drin lassen und nur mein Zeug rausräumen. Also Bett, Schrank, Tisch bleibt min.
Es gibt eine gelbe, realtiv große Küche und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschiene.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in der Neustadt aber ruhig in einer Nebenstraße ohne Stress.
Zur Uni sind es so 20-30 min. und zum Park nur 3.
Ein Netto ist gleich 500 Meter weiter.
Und in der Neustadt ist immer etwas los.
Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in ner Ruhigen Straße.
Das WG-Leben ist ruhig und richtig entspannt.
Also suchen wie am liebsten jemand der gut dazu passt.
Die Nachbarn hört man kaum und sind alle sehr freundlich!
Meldet euch einfach gleich bei meiner Mitbewohnerin
() ihr werdet ja eh mit ihr zusammen wohnen und ich bin im Moment selten zu Hause.
