Des weiteren gibt es auch eine saubere und eingerichtete Küche (+Abstellkammer) mit Ofen, Spülmaschine, Schränken, Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde nach Renovierung erst ein Jahr bewohnt.
Sie befindet sich in einem sanierten Mehrfamilienhaus aus den 50er Jahren.
Die Nachbarn verhalten sich unauffällig und ruhig.
Das Treppenhaus und die Gehwege werden regelmäßig durch eine externe Firma gereinigt.
