Ich suche ab 01.03.2012 eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung hat 120qm, vier Zimmer, ein Bad sowie ein GWC.
Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Auf dem Balkon kann man gut entspannen.
Mein/e Wunschkandidat/in sucht eine Unterkunft für einen begrenzten Zeitraum und ist Wochenend-Pendler/in. Gelegentliche Wochenend-Aufenthalte sind aber auch kein Problem. Prinzipiell würde ich das Alter nicht einschränken, aber eine klassische Studenten-WG mit regelmäßigen Parties kann ich sicher nicht bieten. Achso, ich selbst bin übrigens 41.
Ganz in der Nähe:
StrBa Linie 4 und 10, Aldi, Konsum, Bäcker, Fleischer, Gemüse, Döner, Videothek, Kino, Kneipen, Elbe und der ganze Schillerplatz sowieso.
