Dein zukünftiges Zimmer würde ich gerne komplett möbilisiert für die Monaten da lassen, also mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Sofa, usw. Es wäre auch schön, wenn du dich gerne um Pflanzen kümmerst, aber nicht erforderlich.
Aus dem Fenster hast du einen schönen Blick auf das Café Neustadt, in dem sich schon in den frühen Morgenstunden buntes Treiben beobachten lässt.
Zur Wohnung: Die Küche bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, es gibt einen schönen grünen Balkon angrenzend an die Küche und zwei Bäder! :)

About the apartment: The kitchen offers everything your heart desires, there is a beautiful green balcony adjacent to the kitchen and two bathrooms! :)
Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt!
Der Martin-Luther-Platz ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und wenn du in die entgegengesetzte Richtung spazierst bist Du schon direkt an der Elbe! Beides schöne Ziele, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Ansonsten ist alles was die Neustadt zu bieten hat in nur wenigen Geh- und Fahrradminuten erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug ein paar Häuser weiter und die Bahn fährt vor deiner Haustür ab!

Martin-Luther-Platz is right across the street and if you walk in the opposite direction, you're already right on the Elbe! Both are great places to end the evening.
Otherwise, everything that Neustadt has to offer is just a few minutes' walk or bike ride away.
There are plenty of shops a few houses away and the train leaves from your front door!
In der WG wird dir sicher nicht langweilig werden.
Im Prinzip fallen unter den Begriff WG im Löwenhaus noch zwei weitere WG's mit denen reger Austausch besteht.
Hier gibt es tolle Menschen die musikalisch und künstlerisch sehr begabt sind!
Falls du Lust auf ein Bierchen am Martin-Luther-Platz oder auf einen der vielen Balkone im Haus hast, findet sich immer irgendjemand und am Ende sitzt man auch meist nicht mehr nur zu zweit zusammen!
Das heißt nicht, dass kein Raum für Rückzug besteht! Dieser wird dann von allen respektiert.
