The maisonette flat is located on the sixth floor, spread across two levels. The first floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom (with shower), and your room (with private balcony). Upstairs, you'll find a large terrace, your roomates´ rooms, and a second bathroom. The apartment offers plenty of shared space, making it ideal for those who enjoy socializing, while still providing enough privacy for your own activities.
I am also selling a double bed and a wardrobe at a minimal price.

Das Appartment befindet sich auf der Johann-Meyer-Straße im schönen Hechtviertel. Hier kann man ruhig wohnen und hat bei Bedarf die Neustadt gleich nebenan, ohne den Lärm und die Menschenmassen im Sommer. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und ToGo Food Geschäfte. Die Öffis sind in circa 3 Minuten am Bischofsplatz schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus fahren Bus, S-Bahn und Tram.
Falls du ein Auto mitbringst, kannst du dies auf der Straße oder in den umliegenden Straßen meist sehr leicht loswerden. Für den größtmöglichen Luxus könnte auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angemietet werden.

The apartment is located on Johann-Meyer Str. within a 3 minute walk from Dresden Bischofsplatz train station. Within close proximity to Neustadt (just on the border) which provides easy access to the Neustadt, but without the inconvenience of noise or crowds in the summer.
In the same building, you will find a Netto discount market and within a 5-minute walk you can find multiple restaurants, bars, pizza/kebab places, small parks, bus and tram station.
If you own a car the place provides the option of renting a underground parking space, or just park it in the surrounding area for free. Normally you can always find something within a less than 5 minute walking distance. Often also right in front of the apartment.
