Zwischenmieter*in in liebenswerter Neustadt-WG gesucht

Mehr mittendrin geht nicht! Du musst nur aus der Tür fallen und purzelt direkt in zahlreiche Kneipen (direkt gegenüber ist das kultige Hebedas), Cafés, schnuckelige Lädchen und ein viel zu gutes Angebot an Essen.
Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen Bautzner Str./ Rothenburger Str. und Görlitzer Str. sind nur ein paar Fußschritte entfernt, zum Bahnhof Neustadt kommt man zu Fuß in 15 min und zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 25 min.
Außerdem gibt es direkt um die Ecke einen Bäcker, einen Rewe und einen Netto sowie einen DM, damit es an nichts mangelt. Der Alaunpark ist nicht mal zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Elbe und die Heide erreicht man schnell. Und wenn du den ganz kurzen Weg ins Grüne suchst, dann haben wir ja noch unseren Innenhof.
Egal also, was Du in Deiner Freizeit unternehmen willst, wir haben alles direkt vor der Nase. :)

You can't get more in the middle of it all! All you have to do is walk out the door and you'll find yourself in one of the many pubs (the iconic Hebedas is right across the street), cafes, cozy shops, and a way too good food selection.
The nearest tram stops Bautzner Str./Rothenburger Str. and Görlitzer Str. are just a few steps away, the Neustadt train station is a 15 minute walk away and the university is about 25 minutes by bike.
There's also a bakery, a Rewe, a Netto and a DM just around the corner, so you won't run out of anything. The Alaunpark is less than ten minutes away on foot. The Elbe and the Heide are also within easy reach. And if you're looking for a short walk in the countryside, we also have our inner courtyard.
So no matter what you want to do in your free time, we have it all right on our doorstep :)

Unser WG besteht aus Vanessa (28) und Jasper (24) und Thalia (20).
Vanessa ist zugezogen und gebürtige Nordhessin. Sie hat in Dresden ihr Psychologie-Studium abgeschlossen und arbeitet als Psychotherapeutin. Überall in der Wohnung verteilt ist ihre Kunst zu finden und sie ist viel mit Freund*innen innerhalb und außerhalb der Wohnung unterwegs: Bars, Konzerte, Flohmarkt, Spieleabend - hauptsache aktiv!
Jasper wohnt schon am längsten in Dresden. Neben Fußball mit friends spielt Jasper auch gerne eine Runde Boule im Park. Als neustes Hobby hat sich Jasper zur Freude der WG Backen angeeignet. Also kannst du dich auf leckere Kuchen freuen.
Thalia zieht im September auch für eine Zwischenmiete frisch in die WG. Sie kommt aus Barcelona für ein Auslandssemester nach Dresden und studiert Hotel Management und freut sich schon neue Freunde in Dresden kennenzulernen. Sie mag Yoga, Backen und ist ein kleiner Sitcom-Freak.

Weil Thalia noch kein Deutsch kann, wäre es wichtig, dass es für dich okay ist, dass wir auf Englisch reden.

In unserer WG werden gerne allerlei Sachen unternommen - großes Weihnachtsdinner, Filmmarathon, Basketball-Spiel, Escape Room...ist alles schon passiert. Außerdem kochen wir alle liebend gerne und essen oft zusammen, Da freuen wir uns drauf! Wir würden uns als unternehmungslustige, offene, aktive und (sehr) gesprächige Menschen beschreiben. :)

Uns ist wichtig, dass du Lust auf ein familiäres und entspanntes Miteinander hast. Wir bekochen uns gerne gegenseitig, trinken Käffchen und Vino in der WG-Küche, machen die Dresdner Neustadt unsicher oder lümmeln zusammen vor dem Fernseher rum. Diese Art des Zusammenlebens möchten wir so beibehalten und um eine neue Person erweitern. Wir sind schon gespannt darauf, wie sich das neue WG-Leben mit dir so gestalten wird. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist noch, dass zwei weitere gemischte WGs mit im Haus wohnen, mit denen wir immer wieder mal was planen wie z.B. Grillabende im Garten.

Our flat share consists of Vanessa (28), Jasper (24) and Thalia (20).
Vanessa moved here and was born in Northern Hesse. She completed her psychology degree in Dresden and is working as a psychotherapist. Her art can be found all over the apartment and she spends a lot of time with friends inside and outside the apartment: bars, concerts, flea markets, game nights - the main thing is to be active!
Jasper has lived in Dresden the longest. As well as playing soccer with friends, Jasper also enjoys a game of boules in the park. Jasper's latest hobby is baking, much to the delight of the flatmates. So you can look forward to delicious cakes.
Thalia is also moving into the shared flat in September for a temporary tenancy. She is coming to Dresden from Barcelona for a semester abroad to study hotel management and is looking forward to making new friends in Dresden. She likes yoga, baking and is a bit of a sitcom freak.

As Thalia can't speak German yet, it is important that you feel comfortable talking in English.

We like to do all sorts of things in our shared flat - a big Christmas dinner, movie marathon, basketball game, escape room...it's all happened. We also all love to cook and often eat together, so we look forward to that! We would describe ourselves as adventurous, open, active and (very) talkative people. :)

It's important to us that you enjoy a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We enjoy cooking together, drinking coffee and wine in the shared kitchen, exploring Dresden Neustadt, or just relaxing in front of the TV. We would like to continue this way of living together and welcome a new person. We can't wait to see how the new flat share with you will be. Another absolute plus is that there are two other mixed roommates in the house with whom we plan things like barbecues in the garden from time to time.

Wir sind definitiv keinen Zweck WG und es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle (du eingeschlossen!) wohlfühlen. Daher wäre es schön, wenn du ein wenig über dich und wie du dir das gemeinsame Zusammenleben so vorstellst schreiben könntest. Außerdem fänden wir es super, wenn du ein Foto von dir mitschicken könntest (sofern du kein Profilbild hast). Am liebsten ist uns, wenn wir dich persönlich kennen lernen können (im Notfall können wir aber sicherlich auch ein Kennenlernen über Zoom arrangieren). Wir suchen einen Menschen, der frischen Wind in unsere vier Wände bringt und die wichtigsten unserer Denkweisen teilt. Ganz nach dem Motto: NO racism, NO sexism, NO xenophobia, NO homophobia.

We're definitely not a purpose-built community, and it's important to us that everyone (including you!) feels comfortable. So it would be nice if you could write a little about yourself and how you imagine living together. It would also be great if you could send us a photo of yourself (if you don't have a profile picture). We would prefer to meet you in person (but if necessary, we can certainly arrange to meet you via Zoom).
