Das Zimmer befindet sich im modernen Studentenwohnheim „The Tannery“ von YUGO, ideal gelegen für ein komfortables und angenehmes Wohnen während des Studiums. Das Zimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet und bietet so Privatsphäre und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die großzügige Küche sowie der gemütliche Aufenthaltsraum/Wohnbereich werden gemeinschaftlich mit den anderen Bewohnern genutzt, was zu einem lebendigen Miteinander und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beiträgt.
Im Innenhof des Wohnheims befindet sich ein Fitnessstudio, das von den Bewohnern kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Für alle Anliegen steht die Rezeption des benachbarten Wohnheims „New Mill“ zur Verfügung, die jederzeit weiterhilft. Zusätzlich gibt es eine praktische Yugo-App, über die man ganz einfach Anliegen oder Reparaturen melden kann. Im Gebäudekomplex sind außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner vorhanden.
The room is located in YUGO's modern student residence ‘The Tannery’, ideally located for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during your studies. The room is en-suite and offers privacy and a place to retreat. The spacious kitchen and the cosy lounge/living area are shared with the other residents, which contributes to a lively community and a pleasant atmosphere.
There is a gym in the inner courtyard of the hall of residence, which residents can use for free. The reception of the neighbouring ‘New Mill’ hall of residence is always available to help with any concerns. There is also a practical Yugo app that can be used to easily report concerns or repairs. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available in the building complex.
Das Zimmer besticht durch seine hervorragende, zentrale Lage. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und das Trinity College liegt nur etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 1–2 Gehminuten entfernt, was eine optimale Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr bietet. In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man die beeindruckende St. Patrick's Cathedral und den angrenzenden Park. Außerdem sind der Fluss Liffey und die historische Dublina in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Lage ideal macht, um Dublin zu erkunden.
In der Umgebung laden zahlreiche charmante Cafés und gemütliche Pubs zum Verweilen ein.
Ein Lidl-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was für den täglichen Einkauf besonders praktisch ist.
The room impresses with its excellent, central location. The city centre can be easily explored in around 15 minutes by walk, and Trinity College is only around 20 minutes away. The next bus stop is only a 1-2 minute walk away, which offers optimal public transport connections. The impressive St Patrick's Cathedral and the nearby park can be reached in just 5 minutes. In addition, the River Liffey and historic Dublina can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes, making the location ideal for exploring Dublin.
There are many charming cafés and cosy pubs in the surrounding area.
A Lidl supermarket is also just a 15-minute walk away, which is particularly convenient for everyday shopping.
Seit einem Monat lebe ich nun im „The Tannery“ und empfinde die Atmosphäre hier als ausgesprochen angenehm. Das Wohnheim ist offen und unkompliziert, was den Alltag sehr entspannt gestaltet.
Meine Mitbewohner in meinem Apartment sind super sympathisch und wir kochen regelmäßig zusammen. Besonders schätze ich, dass alle Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen und die Wohnung sauber halten. Absprachen laufen reibungslos und ohne Missverständnisse ab, was das Zusammenleben sehr angenehm und harmonisch macht.
I have been living at ‘The Tannery’ for a month now and find the atmosphere here extremely pleasant. The hall of residence is open and uncomplicated, which makes everyday life very relaxed.
My flatmates in my flat are super friendly and we regularly cook together. I particularly appreciate the fact that everyone is considerate of each other and keeps the flat clean. Arrangements run smoothly and without misunderstandings, which makes living together very harmonious and relaxing.
Ich mache gerade ein Erasmus-Semester und bin deshalb nur noch bis Ende Dezember 2024 hier. Da die Zimmer im „The Tannery“ aber für 51 Wochen vermietet werden, suche ich ab dem 01. Januar 2025 bis zum 22. August 2025 einen Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist zwar möbliert, aber Küchenutensilien und Bettwäsche sind nicht inklusive. Deshalb würde ich für 90 € meine Grundausstattung – Kissen, Bettdecke, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfanne, Besteck hier lassen. Ich habe alles neu gekauft, als ich eingezogen bin.

I am currently doing an Erasmus semester and will therefore only be here until the end of December 2024. However, as the rooms in ‘The Tannery’ are rented out for 51 weeks, I am looking for a new tenant for my room from 1 January 2025 until 22 August 2025.
The room is furnished, but kitchen utensils and bed linen are not included. I would therefore leave my basic equipment - pillows, duvet, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery - for €90. I bought everything new when I moved in.
