Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend und ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Der Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof dauert 8-10 Minuten. In der Nähe befinden sich Lidl, Netto, Saturn, Türkische Supermärkte, Apotheken und Kioske. Bis zur Immermannstraße, wo sich alle japanischen, koreanischen und chinesischen Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden, sind es nur 12-15 Gehminuten. Wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen oder joggen, dann gibt es 200 Meter entfernt einen schönen Park mit Teichen und Bänken.
The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area and very close to the center. The walk to the main train station takes 8-10 minutes. Nearby are Lidl, Netto, Saturn, Turkish supermarkets, pharmacies and kiosks. It is only a 12-15 minute walk to Immermannstrasse, where all the Japanese, Korean and Chinese restaurants and supermarkets are located. If you like walking or jogging, there is a beautiful park with ponds and benches 200 meters away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Gabriele, Michael, Franco und Omid. Heutzutage sind wir alle berufstätig und daher tagsüber meist beschäftigt. Manchmal hängen wir in der Küche herum, um etwas zu kochen, etwas zu trinken oder einfach nur zu plaudern. Wir respektieren auch den persönlichen Freiraum jedes Einzelnen und daher wird niemand gezwungen, mitzumachen. Aber manchmal kann es schön sein, gemeinsam irgendwohin zu gehen. Da wir keine studentische WG sind, achten wir besonders aufgrund unserer Arbeitszeiten sehr auf den nächtlichen Lärm. Aber natürlich kannst du auch problemlos Freunde oder andere Personen zu dir einladen.
Your new roommates are Gabriele, Michael, Franco and Omid. Nowadays we all work and are therefore mostly busy during the day. Sometimes we hang out in the kitchen to cook something, have a drink or just chat. We also respect everyone's personal space and therefore no one is forced to join in. But sometimes it can be nice to go somewhere together. Since we are not a student WG, we are very careful about noise at night, especially due to our working hours. But of course you can also easily invite friends or other people over.
