Hey,
I'm Bryce, a 21-year old Australian who is experiencing German lifestyle. I live in an artful place which is owned by a fine-arts student in Kiefernstr.
There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen and the bathroom has a tub and a shower, of course with warm water.
There is massive place for you. The room is about 34 m2 big.It is partly furnished, but currently there is a large fold out sofa in place of a bed, which can be easily replaced if wished.
The only downside of the flat is that there is no central heating but there are stoves in each room which can be heated with wood or coal. The wood for for the shared rooms is supplied by me, but you will have to buy the coal for the stove in your room (which is about 5€ for 25kilo from the praktiker just a stones throw away). So pretty much it wont be a t-shirt warm apartment.
Life is very nice here so I would like to have similar minded people around me.
It would be nice if you are a couple who wants to move in, but it's ok if you're not. My German girlfriend (who is the '2nd flatmate') will be living there aswell part of the time.
We will have occasional parties so you should be pretty social and have an easy-going mentality.
