Die Wohnung ist 100m² groß, hat eine helle einladende Küche mit Wohnbereich, ein geräumiges Badezimmer und geht über 2.Etagen. Mein Zimmer liegt in der 2.Etage im Dachgeschoss mit Blick in den Innenhof. Es ist 18m² groß und hat eine schöne Decke mit Holzbalken, jedoch nur ein Fenster, was das Zimmer aber trotzdem gemütlich macht. Das Zimmer kostet 390€ warm im Monat und würde teilmöbliert vermietet werden. Je nach Bedarf und Absprache kann ich aber auch Sachen aus dem Zimmer oder wieder hinein räumen, da bin ich ganz flexibel.

Our 3-person shared apartment is located
directly at the marketplace in Eberswalde, in a timber-framed house in the so-called "Altstadtkarree." The apartment is 100m² in size, featuring a bright and inviting kitchen with a living area, a spacious bathroom, and it spans two floors. My room is on the second floor in the attic, overlooking the inner courtyard. It is 18m² in size and has a beautiful ceiling with wooden beams. Although it only has one window, it still feels cozy. The rent is €390 per month (including utilities), and the room will be rented partially furnished. Depending on your needs and our agreement, I can remove or add furniture as needed—I'm flexible!
Die 3er WG liegt direkt am Marktplatz Eberswalde in einem Fachwerkhaus im sog. Altstadtkarree. Die Busstation ist nur 1 min zu Fuß entfernt, von der aus man in 7 min mit dem Bus am Eberswalder Hauptbahnhof ist. Die Hochschule ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. In nur 1 min ist man in der sog. Rathauspassage mit Supermarkt und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich zwei weitere Zimmer, die von meinen Mitbewohnis Celine und Hannes bewohnt werden. Celine ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert den Master „Biosphere Reserves Management“ an der HNE Eberswalde. Sie tanzt gerne und gut Forró, mag Ausflüge in die Natur, geht auf Pilzwanderungen und in ihren Garten und macht das leckerste Risotto. Hannes ist 33 Jahre alt und studiert an der HNE den Bachelor „Landschaftsnutzung und Naturschutz“. Er zeichnet gerne, macht leidenschaftlich gerne Musik und Fotografien, ist viel draußen auf verschiedenen Naturexkursionen unterwegs und kocht die beste vegetarische Bolognese Sauce. Zudem wohnt Hannes Hündin Zilla bei uns. Zilla liegt gerne auf dem Sofa, kuschelt, spielt und schnuppert gerne umher. Alle drei sind sehr nett und kommunikativ. Es ist immer Raum für Gespräche und gemeinsame WG-Abende. Aber kein Stress! Sie sind auch viel unterwegs und es besteht kein Zwang für ständigen Austausch.

The apartment has two other rooms, occupied by my flatmates Celine and Hannes.
Celine is 27 years old and studying for her Master's in "Biosphere Reserves Management" at HNE
Eberswalde. She enjoys dancing (especially Forró), going on nature excursions, mushroom foraging,
gardening, and making the most delicious risotto. Hannes is 33 years old and pursuing a Bachelor's
degree in "Landscape Use and Nature Conservation" at HNE. He loves drawing, making music and
photography, spending time outdoors on various nature excursions, and cooking the best vegetarian
Bolognese sauce. Hannes' dog, Zilla, also lives with us. Zilla loves lounging on the sofa, cuddling,
playing, and sniffing around. All three of them are very friendly and communicative. There’s always space for conversations and shared evenings in the apartment—but no pressure! They’re often out and
about, so there’s no expectation for constant interaction.
Für uns wäre es super, wenn keine weiteren Haustiere und Kinder mit in die Wohnung einziehen würden. Ein gesundes Verhältnis zu Sauberkeit wäre vorteilhaft, sowie eine verlässliche Art und keine Scheu vor Kommunikation.
Falls Du Interesse an meinem Zimmer für den Zeitraum haben solltest, melde Dich gerne bei mir. Da ich zwei Monate nach meiner Wiederankunft wahrscheinlich aus Eberswalde wegziehe, besteht auch die Möglichkeit das Zimmer danach dauerhaft zu übernehmen. Aber alles zu seiner Zeit.

For us, it would be ideal if no additional pets or children move into the apartment. Otherwise, gender,
origin, or age don’t matter. A healthy approach to cleanliness, reliability, and openness to
communication would be appreciated.
If you’re interested in renting my room for the given period, feel free to reach out! Since I will likely
move away from Eberswalde two months after I return, there may also be an opportunity to take over
the room permanently—but one step at a time.
