Bright and airy, this spacious room offers stunning views of surrounding hills and the city center. Fully furnished for a comfortable stay, it includes a functional heating system to keep you warm during colder days. Please note that a pillow and blanket are not provided. Enjoy a peaceful retreat in nature with all essential amenities at your disposal.
The apartment is conveniently located just 10 minutes by bike or a 20-minute walk from the city center. There's a nearby bus stop, but weekend service is limited. I personally recommend cycling or walking for easier access to the city and train station. A bike is available for your use, though it needs a simple fix, which you'll need to handle yourself. Please note that the bike must be left after your 6-month stay, and any repair costs will not be reimbursed.
You'll share the apartment with Mahedi, a friendly and hardworking master's student at THI, and Ronja, a kind-hearted final-year bachelor's student at KU Eichstätt who bakes delightful cakes. The kitchen is fully equipped, so no need to bring anything. Cleaning schedules will be coordinated among you.
I'm renting out my room for 6 months as I'll be away for an internship. The landlord has agreed to provide a house contract for your stay, allowing city registration in Eichstätt if needed. A one-time payment of €100 to me confirms your stay and covers Wi-Fi, radio bills, and furniture use for 6 months. You'll need to sit for two interviews—one with me and another with my roommates. If we all agree, you'll get the room.
