Das Zimmer ist im ersten Obergeschoss, und bietet besonders durch die zwei großen Fenster einen schönen Blick runter in den Garten und in das Wohngebiet. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für genügend Privatsphäre, wobei in der WG gerne auch etwas zusammen unternommen wird.
Die Lage ist super. Die WG ist mit Fahrrad circa 10 - 15 Minuten von der University of Twente und 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt (oder Saxion University) entfernt.
Das WG-Leben ist angenehm und abwechslungsreich. Wenn Zeit besteht, wird gerne auch zusammen als WG was unternommen, jeder hat aber auch Zeit für sich und Freiraum.
Neben dem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne bietet die WG zwei separate Toiletten.
