Hallo zusammen,
Ich heisse Daniel und ich suche einen oder zwei Mitbewohner für WG männlich in Dellmensingen in Dorf Mitte. Zwei Zimmer sind frei und in einem wohne ich. Die Miete beträgt 450 € pro Person, wenn wir zu dritt sind, oder 600 € pro Person, wenn wir zu zweit wohnen und ein Raum als Wohnzimmer dient.
Zusätzlich kommen Internet und Strom dazu, was sich insgesamt auf etwa 100 € im Monat beläuft – diese Kosten werden fair unter uns aufgeteilt.
Falls ihr zu zweit Unterbringung sucht, wäre es vorteilhaft

Mir ist wichtig, dass du, ordentlich und locker drauf bist. Ein angenehmes Zusammenleben ist mir Wichtig.
