Hallo! Es gibt in Bubenreuth ein Zimmer 16 m2 im Dachspitzen (Dach schrägen!) in netter 2 er WG, in ruhiger und auch grüner Lage direkt am Wald und mit wunderschönem Blick über das Regnitztal, mit Nahverkehr sind wir gut erreichbar. (15 min Erlangen Hbf.)
Es gibt Dach schrägen und nur Dachfenster, modernes Bad (Dusche) und Küche, die jedoch von mir als Durchgangszimmer mitbenutzt wird.
Ich (m, 47 Jahre) bin Wochenendheimfahrer (Berlin), tägl. 15 Stunden außer Haus, stehe mitten im Berufsleben, arbeite als pädagogischer Mitarbeiter.
