I am subletting my 12m² room(No extension! I will be back in it in July) for the month of June and possibly the first 8 days of July. The room is furnished with a desk, a bed+matress, a two-door wardrobe, a washbasin+mirror cabinet, and a personal fridge which is used. The WC(2 showers, a urinal, 2 toilets) and kitchen are shared with floormates. These are thoroughly cleaned by a cleaning company on weekdays. Additionally, Internet is available thru LAN but also a personal router is there and of course can be used for WIFi
