I'm subletting my cozy room starting from 1st April, 2025 for at least six months, but we can discuss the exact duration when we meet, I may extend it more. No city registation is possible.
📍 Location: Henkestr 71A, 3rd Floor 🏠 Room Size: 12 qm
This room is in an ideal location for students! If you ever need a change of scenery while studying, the library is just 700m away – about a 3-minute bus ride or a 10-minute walk. The Mensa is also super close, only a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride.
Getting around is a breeze with the bus stop right downstairs. You can catch Bus number 20 to TechFak from downstairs, and Stubenlohstr is the nearest stop where you can access buses 20, 294, 284, 285, and 209. Werner-von Siemens-Str, Zollhaus and Lorleberplatz all are just 5-minute walk away, providing excellent bus connections throughout Erlangen. Plus, the Arcaden is only a 10-minute walk, putting you right in the heart of the city center! Also Bahnhof 😉
The nearest grocery store, Aldi, is just 2 minutes away – you can even see it from the window. It's incredibly convenient for all your shopping needs.
🛋️ Room Details 🛋️ The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a table, a built-in cabinet, a mini fridge, three storage shelves. I recently purchased a hot plate (see pictures) since the heating plate with the fridge isn't working.
The bathroom is shared with the other students on the floor, but mostly it is empty. There are also more bathrooms downstairs for emergencies. We have a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, a bike parking area, and a small smoking area (smoking inside the room is not permitted).

Warm rent, REZ, electricity are included in the total rent price.
🪑 Extras: You can buy an office chair from me at a reasonable price if you need one. We can talk about it
🔐 Deposit: I would appreciate one month's advance rent(305 euros) and at least 200 euros, which I'll refund when you leave. So total deposit is 505 euros.
Please arrange your own INTERNET or you can ask other students in the dorm if anyone is willing to share internet with you at a shared price.
