Die Wohnung liegt im 10. OG. Schönes, helles Zimmer mit großen Fenstern mit Westblick. Es ist ca. 12qm groß und hat einen hellen Laminatboden.
Es sind ein großes Regal und ein Schreibtisch, sowie Vorhänge vorhanden.
Falls du deine Möbel für so kurze Zeit nicht mitbringen willst, können wir ein paar Sachen organisieren. Die restliche Wohnung ist vollausgestattet.

Die Technische und Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultäten der FAU liegen außerdem in Laufentfernung. Parkplätze sind verfügbar, aber etwas knapp. Nebenan liegt das Siemens-Südgelände.
Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man außerdem in der Brucker Lache, einem schönen Naherholungsgebiet.
