The room is fully furnished with bed, large wardrobe and shelves. The house also has all the required ameneties, including fridge, freezer, washing maschine, oven and tv.
There is a safe space for putting your bike behind the building and a keller if you have some extra luggage. There is also a common living room.
Location is very central and well connected. Less than 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop for buses 285, 284, 293 and 209. Netto and kaufland less than 10 min walk away. Philfak 10 min walk and for tevkfak you can take the 293 directly.
Your flatmates are two girls, German and Venezuelan. Both speak very good German and English, also some Italian. Its a friendly wg; both are mostly busy with studies and work but once in a while you can cook together or just sit and chat over drinks. Not much of a party wg but having friends over isnt usually a problem, unless there are exams going on ofcourse. During christmas we used to celebrate with a party and advents calendar for the housemates, you can also take part if you want.
Available from July, flexibility of a week but not more.
I would require a small payment for the furniture.
