Looking for affordable room or studio in Erlangen or Nuremberg

Hello flat / room providers,

My name is Sara (34), and I am looking for a nice living situation starting 01.02.2025, preferably in Erlangen or Nuremberg with good transportation connections.

A few words about me: I am starting a new job in February 2025 with a 12-month contract in Herzogenaurach. During the weekdays, I would need to stay in the room/flat in Erlangen or Nuremberg so I am seeking a functional living arrangement. While most weekends, I will spend in my flat in Frankfurt.

I’m sociable, enjoy cooking, playing board games, doing sports, and watching TV or movies in my free time.In general, I would say I’m an open-minded, respectful, and tidy person who values good company while also respecting personal boundaries. And u speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and learning German.

I would be happy to move into a situation such as:
• A private room in a shared flat or a small studio
• Bright and functional space
• Warm rent (including all additional costs) between 300–450€

…but I am, of course, flexible and open to other offers.
