In the 14 m² room you will have one cosy bed to sleep in. In addition to the bed you will have a wardrobe to store your clothing. To add some additional space to store your belongings the room includes a dresser.
In order to get some work done there also is a desk. The desk has some drawers built into.
Incase you want to relax in the evening the room is fitted with a TV.
The busstop is only five minutes away by foot. If you want to visit the city centre you will be there in 10 minutes by bike.
You can buy your groceries at a Edeka which is located near by the busstop.
In addition to this Edeka there is a second one and a Lidl 10 minutes away by bike. If you are willing to ride your bike for 13 minutes you can buy your groceries at Aldi or Rewe as well.
If you want to go bowling or play billard, "Sportland" is seven minutes away by bike.
I'm 20 years old and born in Erlangen. My I like riding the bike in my free time and cooking. I also had lots of fun practicing Ju-Jutsu (some kind of material arts) but I had to quit it because of school and covid. And I'm always open for new activities :)
The flat consists of one kitchen, bathroom, your room and my room.
