Masterstudent (25/m) sucht kurzfristige Wohnung in Eschborn wegen Praktikum

Hallo zusammen, ich heiße Áron, bin 25, komme aus Ungarn und werde ein viermonatiges Praktikum im Bereich Übersetzen und Terminologiemanagement bei Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Eschborn. Daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, die Lage ist mehr oder weniger egal. Ob Einzelapartment oder WG-Zimmer, soweit es ruhig und gemütlich ist, kommt alles in Frage.

Meine Mietobergrenze wäre 650 Euro warm. Ich möchte spätestens am 01. April einziehen, idealerweise irgendwann gegen Ende März. Bei Bedarf kann ich eine Elternbürgschaft vorlegen und ich werde auch mit der Arbeit Geld verdienen.

Einiges über mich: Ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere (aber habe auch nichts dagegen, wenn meine Mitbewohner welche haben), mache generell nicht so viel Lärm und habe keine besonderen Steckenpferde, also insgesamt würde ich mich als unkompliziert und entspannt beschreiben. Ich brauche manchmal meine Privatsphäre, aber zu einem Gespräch oder irgendwelchen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sage ich selten nein. Ich treibe gerne Sport (vor allem Krafttraining oder Brasilianisches Jiu-Jitsu) und gehe gerne mit Freunden was trinken. Ich bin allerdings kein großer Partymensch, also meine künftigen Mitbewohner sollen sich davor nicht fürchten, dass ich plötzlich Riesenpartys in der Wohnung schmeißen werde, zumal weil ich in Vollzeit arbeiten werde.

Meine Muttersprache ist Ungarisch, darüber hinaus spreche ich fließend Deutsch und Englisch, und ich kann bei Bedarf auf Russisch, Spanisch und Polnisch kommunizieren. Nützliche Ausdrücke kenne ich auf vielen weiteren Sprachen, und ich bin immer bereit, neue Sprachen und Kulturen kennenzulernen.

The location doesn't really matter as long as it is not too noisy. Single rooms and shared flats are both an option.

My limit is 650 euro per month and I would like to move in on the 1st of April at the latest (ideally some time during the last week of March). If needed, I can provide a parental guarantee and I will also receive payment from my internship to cover the costs.

About myself: I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, but I have nothing against pets that are already in the flat. I would describe myself as an easy-going person without any particular pet peeves. Privacy is important for me, but I usually don't say no to a conversation or some activities together. I'm a sports enthusiast, I like to do strength training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I'm happy to go out for some drinks with friends, but you shouldn't worry about me throwing huge parties at the flat as I will be working full time.

My native language is Hungarian, apart from that, I speak fluent English and German and I'm able to communicate in Spanish, Russian and Polish. I'm a language nerd and love to talk about linguistics and culture.
