A room in a 2 Bedroom apartment will be available for sublet from January till April (4 months) with a possibility of extension.
The spacious apartment is fully furnished with a large living-dining area and a completely equipped kitchen. The kitchen is no short of a dishwasher, oven, all essential vessels and plates.
Your bedroom is equipped with a bed, study table, chair and a cupboard to keep all your stuff. The living area opens into a beautiful and spacious courtyard garden, home to chirping birds and playful squirrels.
The apartment has a peaceful neighbourhood with the famous Eschweiler Wald and it's beautiful forest trails very nearby.
The apartment is located near the train station (5 mins on bus) from where a 10 min Train journey will take you to Aachen Hauptbahnhof.
There is an Aldi and a Netto at a walkable distance from the apartment.
The other room in the apartment will be occupied by Aravind, who is currently doing his MSc in Computer Engineering at RWTH. The living area and kitchen will be shared by two people.
The apartment is available at a monthly rent of 325 euros including heating, electricity, water and internet. You also have to pay a caution deposit amounting to one month of the warm rent.
