The apartment is located on a quiet and well-maintained street in Essen Frohnhausen, just 500 meters from the Essen-West S-Bahn station. The nearest S-Bahn stations (Essen-West and Essen-Frohnhausen) are a 5-minute walk away.

The university hospital and the university can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport or bike. A market is regularly held at Frohnhauser Platz, where you will also find Eis Casal, the best ice cream parlor in Essen.

In der WG wohnen insgesamt vier Personen – zwei Männer und eine Frau. Alle Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und freundlich. Nach der Arbeit verbringen wir gelegentlich Abende zusammen, kochen etwas oder spielen Brettspiele. Dennoch hat jeder jederzeit seine Ruhe und kann sich problemlos zurückziehen.
There are four people living in the shared apartment – two men and one woman. All housemates are working professionals and friendly. Occasionally, we spend evenings together after work, cooking or playing board games. However, everyone always has their personal space and can retreat whenever they want.
In der Gesamtmiete sind bereits das Mobiliar, die Neben-, Heiz- und Stromkosten sowie ein Highspeed-Internetanschluss (250 MBit/s) enthalten.
