Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in dieser schönen WG, um nach Berlin zu gehen, es ist daher ab dem 1. März verfügbar.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und hell (Möglichkeit, die Möbel zu kaufen).
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß mit einem Balkon, einer Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum, ein Badezimmer und zwei Toiletten.
I am leaving my room in this nice WG to go to Berlin, it is therefore available from the 1st of march.
The room is pretty big and bright (possibility to buy the furniture).
The appartement is fairly big with a balcony, a kitchen and common space, one bathroom and two toilets.
20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität Viadrina (15 mit dem Bus), 25 vom Bahnhof (15 mit dem Bus), 10 Minuten von den nächsten Supermärkten und ganz in der Nähe des Kleistparks.
20 minutes by foot from Viadrina university (15 with the bus), 25 from the train station (15 by bus), 10 minutes from the closest supermarkets and very close to Kleistpark.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit 4 anderen Mitbewohnern aus Indien, Japan und Albanien teilen, idealerweise hätten wir gerne jemanden aus einem anderen Land, damit es abwechslungsreich bleibt :) Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt, wir achten darauf, unseren Teil beizutragen und sind immer offen für Gespräche, wenn die Dinge nicht für alle funktionieren.
You would share the apartment with 4 other flatmates from India, Japan and Albania, ideally we would like someone from a different country, to keep it diverse :) Life in the WG is very relaxed, we make sure to do our part and are always open to discuss if things are not working for everyone.
