Ich suche ein*e Nachmieter*in ab 01.07.2024 für mein großes Zimmer in zentraler Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt am Main. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ca. 23m² groß, kostet mit allem 500€ (warm). Bei Einzug ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. In dem Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch, einen eingebauten Schrank, Regal und eine Kommode, die gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden sollen (100€). Das Zimmer ist im EG und das Fenster ist gleichzeitig auch dein persönlicher Zugang zur Terrasse im ruhigen Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung ist ein renovierter Altbau, insgesamt 80qm groß und mit großer Terrasse in den Hinterhof ausgestattet, wo man z.B. auch Fahrräder abstellen kann. Sie lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein, Sonnenbaden oder Grillen ein. Die WG ist mit einem Badezimmer mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet sowie einem separaten WC und einer Küche mit Spülmaschine.

I am looking for a new tenant from 01.07.2024 for my large room in a central location directly at the main train station in Frankfurt am Main. The room is furnished and approx. 23m² in size, costs 500€ (warm) including everything. A deposit is required when moving in. In the room there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a built-in wardrobe, shelves and a chest of drawers, which are to be taken over for a discount (100€). The room is on the ground floor and the window is also your personal access to the terrace in the quiet backyard.
The flat is a renovated old building, 80 square metres in total and has a large terrace in the backyard, where you can also park bicycles, for example. It is ideal for cosy get-togethers, sunbathing or barbecues. The flat share is equipped with a bathroom with shower bath and washing machine as well as a separate WC and a kitchen with dishwasher.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ottostraße direkt am Nordausgang des Hauptbahnhofs in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele leckere und günstige Restaurants und Kneipen, die auf ein gemeinsames Feierabendbier einladen. Außerdem in Laufnähe zu erreichen sind Rewe, Penny, Skyline-Plaza mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie das Bahnhofsviertel mit Banken, Apotheken, Supermärkten, Eisdielen und vieles mehr… Es gibt einfach alles und bis zum Mainufer ist es auch nicht weit!

The location is perfect. The flat is located in Ottostrasse, directly at the north exit of the main railway station in a quiet side street. There are many tasty and affordable restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood that invite you to enjoy a beer after work. Also within walking distance are Rewe, Penny, Skyline-Plaza with countless shopping opportunities, as well as the railway station district with banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, ice cream parlours and much more... There is simply everything and it's not far to the banks of the Main either!
Du würdest in der WG zusammen mit Yaryna und Moritz wohnen. Moritz ist gerade mit seinem Masterstudium fertig geworden und beginnt nun seine Arbeit als Bauingenieur. Yaryna ist nun im letzten Semester ihres dualen Wirtschaftsinformatikstudiums und sehr froh darüber.
Beide sind sportlich aktiv und abends in der Kletterhalle oder beim Tischtennis zu finden. Der Feierabend wird aber auch gerne mit einem Bier zelebriert. Unser WG-Leben war locker und entspannt, keinesfalls eine reine Zweck-WG. Wenn Zeit ist, sind wir zwischendurch immer gerne für ein Bier/ Wein oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu haben. Gerne soll das auch in Zukunft so bleiben. Natürlich genießt jede*r auch den Freiraum, den er*sie gerade braucht.

You would be living in a shared flat with Yaryna and Moritz. Moritz has just finished his Master's degree and is now starting work as a civil engineer. Yaryna is now in the last semester of her dual study programme in business informatics and is very happy about it.
Both are active in sports and can be found in the climbing gym or playing table tennis in the evenings. But they also like to celebrate the end of the day with a beer. Our flat share life was relaxed and easy-going, by no means a purely functional flat share. If there's time, we're always happy to have a beer/wine or do something together in between. We'd like to keep it that way in the future. Of course, everyone enjoys the space they need at any given time.
