Hi! I am renting out my furnished room from Nov 22, 2024 till March 1, 2025, at least for 3 months. The room is on the 11th floor, so you have a very nice view of Nidda Park from the window. Besides it's quiet during the day and night. The train and bus stations are quite close and supermarkets (e.g. Penny) are within a distance of 5 minutes.
The room size is 11 m2. The room is furnished and includes:
- Free WIFI Internet, own fridge, en-suite wash basin, and so on.
The apartment includes:
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers,
- Shared bathroom,
- Garage,
- Bicycle shed,
- as well as a nice kitchen which you share with some other students.
All-inclusive rent including heating, internet, electricity, ... is 300 EUR per month. Security deposit: 300 EUR and it will be returned when you leave.
City registration is NOT possible.

Hallo! Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer vom 22. November 2024 bis zum 1. März 2025, mindestens aber für 3 Monate. Das Zimmer liegt im 11. Stock, so dass man vom Fenster aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Nidda-Park hat. Außerdem ist es tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig. Der Bahnhof und der Busbahnhof sind ganz in der Nähe und Supermärkte (z.B. Penny) sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Zimmergröße beträgt 11 m2. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und beinhaltet:
- Kostenloses WIFI Internet, eigener Kühlschrank, eigenes Waschbecken, usw.
Die Wohnung umfasst:
- Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern,
- Gemeinsames Bad,
- Garage,
- Fahrradschuppen,
- sowie eine schöne Küche, die Sie mit einigen anderen Studenten teilen.
Die Pauschalmiete einschließlich Heizung, Internet, Strom, ... beträgt 300 EUR pro Monat. Die Kaution beträgt 300 EUR und wird bei Ihrer Abreise zurückerstattet.
Anmeldung ist unmöglich.
