Habe ab dem 01.03.2025 (oder früher nach Absprache) und unbefristet ein schönes Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Anfang der beliebten Leipziger Straße (Einkaufsstraße).
Dort gibt es alle Supermärkte (Alnatura, 2 Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Netto, Lidl), Banken, Geschäfte zum Einkaufen, Restaurants, Kaffees, Kneipen, Kleintheater und vieles mehr. Dadurch ist auch die Verkehrsverbindung in alle Richtungen sehr gut.
Zur U-Bahn 2 Minuten (Bockenheimer Warte) und zur S-Bahn (Westbahnhof) 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen. 2 Stationen zum Zentrum/Hauptwache und 2 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Goethe-Uni geht man ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Eschborn-Süd erreicht man mit der S-Bahn in 5 Minuten.
Die Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet und dort ist auch die Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Das Bad hat Badewanne und Tageslichtfenster.
Momentan Wohnt noch unsere Mitbewohner bis zum ende Januar in der Wohnung, aber wir können einen Termin vereinbaren, um die Wohnung zu besichtigen

From 01.03.2025 (or earlier by arrangement) I have a nice room in a 3 room apartment directly at the beginning of the popular Leipziger Straße (shopping street).
There are all kind of supermarkts (Alnatura, 2 Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Netto, Lidl), Banks, shopping places, restaurants, coffees, pubs, small theatre and much more. Thus the traffic connection in all directions is also very good.
To the Ubahn 2 minutes (Bockenheimer Warte) and to the S-Bahn (Westbahnhof) 5 minutes to walk. 2 stops to the Zentrum/Hauptwache and 2 stops to the main station. Goethe-Uni is about 3 minutes walk. Eschborn-Süd can be reached by S-Bahn in 5 minutes.
The kitchen is very well equipped and there is also the washing machine and dish washer. The bathroom has a bathtub and daylight windows.
