The room can be rented from the 1 April or from the 15 of April as my contract officially ends on the 15 of april.
The Room gives on the backyard side which made it the calmer and quietter room of that apartment ( you will hear the birds songs mostly ).
Its not the lightest room of the apartment but the natural lighting is still really good.
The room has a little storing space whithin the walls and most furnitures are staying. (bed not staying)
The apartment also offer a backyard (that i personally use daily when its sunny as its super calm and super light ☀️)
Right between Ostend and Bornheim. The apartment is 2mn away from lines 14 and 12 and approximately 5mn by walk from the U bahn lines (Bornheim Mitte on one side and Eissporthalle on the other)
Location is also ideal if you love going for a walk or just enjoy chilling in parks as you have 2 parks accessible close by.
Are currently living in the apartment 2 mens, both german speaker.
Im not gonna talk too much about them in detail as we will arrange a meeting if you interested in the room.
We are all trying our best to keep the place clean ( we have a cleaning schedule) and in good shape. The landlord is aswell really available and fast to answer so if something needs to be discussed or fixed it wont be a problem at all.
We do not ask for any payroll or SHUFA.
However if you have any question, please dont hesitate to reach out and ask.
