ich suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer ab 1. Juli übernimmt.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Bett (ohne Matratze) ausgestattet.
Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Zimmer mit einem Fenster zur Straße hin, aber es ist überhaupt nicht laut, da es eine ruhige Seitenstraße ist.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 485 Euro und die 105 Euro beinhalten alle Nebenkosten samt Gas, Strom und Internet.

I am looking for someone to take over my room from 1. Juli.
The room comes furnished with a desk, a wardrobe and a bed (without the mattress).
It's a very pleasant room with a window to the street, but it's not loud at all as it is a quiet side street.
The "cold" (net) rent is 485 Euro and the 105 Euro includes all utilities and bills.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Bornheim, um die Ecke von der Berger Straße mit all den wunderbaren Dingen, die sie zu bieten hat (Supermärkte, Bauernmarkt, Cafés, Bäckereien...). Die U-Bahn-Station Höhenstraße ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Konstablerwache in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist trotz zentraler Lage ruhig.

The flat is in the popular Bornheim neighborhood, around the corner from Berger Straße with all the wonderful things it has to offer (supermarkets, farmers market, cafés, bakeries...). It is a 5 minute walk to the Höhenstraße U-Bahn station and a 20 minute walk to Konstablerwache. The room is quiet despite being centrally located.

Eure Mitbewohner wären zwei nette Jungs Mitte zwanzig: der eine kommt aus dem Iran und hat viele Jahre hier gelebt und Ingenieurwesen studiert, der andere stammt aus Neuseeland und arbeitet im Finanzwesen (ist aber überhaupt nicht der typische Frankfurter "Finanztyp"). Beide haben Sinn für Humor, sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und offen, über alles zu diskutieren. Beide sprechen Englisch und Deutsch.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, in der man essen und sich unterhalten kann, aber kein Wohnzimmer.

Your housemates would be two lovely guys in their mid-twenties: one is from Iran and has lived here many years studying engineering, the other is from New Zealand and works in finance (but is not your typical sleazy Frankfurt "finance guy" at all). Both have a sense of humour, are kind and forthcoming and open to discuss anything. Both speak English and German.
The flat has a kitchen where one can dine and chat, but no living room.

Bitte bewerbt euch nur für dieses Zimmer, wenn ihr Nichtraucher seid. Außerdem gibt es eine Ablöse von 200€ für die gemeinsam angeschaffte Ausstattung (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien etc.), die an mich zu entrichten ist.
