Wir sind eine kleine Familie bestehend aus einem zweijährigen Kleinkind, Mutter (29, arbeitet in der darstellenden Kunst), Vater (32, im dualen Studium) und einem 15-jährigen Kater.
Unser Mitbewohnerzieht aus und ein 14 qm2 Zimmer wird frei.
Wir leben in einer großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung mit vollausgestatteter Küche, einem Ess- und Wohnbereich, Balkon, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einem zweiten extra WC.

We are a small family consisting of a two-year-old toddler, mum (29, works in the performing arts), dad (32, in dual studies) and a 15-year-old cat.
Our flatmate is moving out and a 14 square metre room is becoming available.
We live in a spacious flat with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, balcony, bathroom with shower and bathtub and a second extra toilet.
Die Anbindung ist günstig, denn der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab und die U-Bahn am Dornbusch ist in 10 Minuten Laufweg erreicht.
Von da aus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt Frankfurts.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und mit einigen Parks in der Nähe ein schöner Ort.
Es gibt diverse Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl und Penny in kurzer Erreichbarkeit.

The connections are favourable, as the bus leaves right outside the front door and the underground at Dornbusch is a 10-minute walk away.
From there you can quickly reach Frankfurt city centre.
The flat is in a quiet location and with several parks in the neighbourhood it is a nice place.
Wir sind beide berufstätig bzw. am Studieren.
Für unser Zusammenleben wünschen wir uns alles anderen als eine reine Zweck WG, obwohl es dem einfachen Zweck dient, gemeinsam bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu haben.
Das bedeutet, dass wir uns freuen, wenn eine gute Basis an zwischenmenschlicher Übereinstimmung besteht, mit der sich alle sicher, wohl und zu Hause fühlen.
Unser Alltag gestaltet sich locker und flexibel.
Wir sind entspannt und gerne zu Hause, manchmal aber auch auf Reisen unterwegs.
Ab und zu haben wir Gäste.
Wir suchen eine Person, die es sich vorstellen kann, mit einer kleinen Familie und Katze zusammenleben. Durch unseren aktuellen Lifestyle sind wir keine Party WG.
Die Atmosphäre ist eher ruhig und entspannt. Die jeweiligen Rückzugsorte sind vorhanden, genauso Orte für Geselligkeit.

We are both working or studying.
For our life together, we want anything other than a purely functional flat share, although it serves the simple purpose of having affordable living space together.
This means that we are happy when there is a good basis of interpersonal agreement that makes everyone feel safe, comfortable and at home.
Our everyday life is relaxed and flexible.
We are relaxed and enjoy being at home, but sometimes we are also out and about travelling.
We have guests from time to time.
We are looking for someone who can imagine living with a small family and a cat. Due to our current lifestyle, we are not a party flat share.
The atmosphere is rather quiet and relaxed. There are places to retreat to, as well as places to socialise.
