I am offering my room in our 60m² apartment for sublet during my time abroad. The apartment is located on Hansaallee, near the Platenstraße intersection, with excellent public transport connections: U-Bahn Dornbusch and multiple bus stops are just around the corner. A Penny supermarket is in the building, Aldi is a short walk away, and Grüneburgpark is a 10-minute stroll. The University Campus Westend is just down the street.

You will be sharing the apartment and therewith the common room kitchen and bathroom with your flatmate. He is very friendly, tidy, and both communicative and calm. And he knows how to cook and likes it ;-) He works at a bank and is away for about a week every two to three weeks. I really enjoy chatting with him and enjoy his company when we meet for a moment and I'm sure, you will, too =))
