Der Mietvertrag ist befristet bis Februar, wobei das flexibel wäre.
Das Haus hat mehrere Badezimmer und zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette. Der Keller wurde im vergangenen Monat neu renoviert und findet Platz für zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeiten, einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Sitzgruppe, Sofa, kleiner Bar, Beamer und hochwertiger Sound-Anlage für entspannte Filmabende, Waschkeller mit separatem Trocknungsraum.
Kaution sind jeweils zwei kalte Monatsmieten.
Das Einfamilienhaus hat einen wunderschönen Garten, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann. Im Vorgarten befinden sich mehrere Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeiten
Die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Ceranfeld/Backofen, 2 Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle und vielem weiterem Equipment ausgestattet.
